Local Delivery Information

Want Carmen’s Delights delivered to you? We offer convenient local delivery within a 5-mile radius of our primary location.

Please review our delivery policy before placing your order.

Delivery Area & Fee

Local delivery is available to addresses located within a 5-mile radius of 5221 Prospect Trail.

Delivery Fee: $10

Addresses outside of our 5-mile delivery radius are not eligible for standard local delivery. Any special delivery arrangements must be discussed and approved in advance.

Production Time

All of our treats are made fresh to order.

Please allow 2–4 days for production before your order is ready for delivery.

Production time begins after your order has been received and confirmed. Please plan ahead when ordering for birthdays, events, parties, or other special occasions.

Large Orders & Events

Large orders require at least 2–3 weeks’ advance notice.

Large orders are subject to availability. Providing advance notice does not guarantee acceptance of an order. Carmen’s Delights must first confirm that we can accommodate your requested quantity and delivery date.

We recommend ordering as early as possible for birthdays, graduations, weddings, showers, school events, holidays, and other special occasions.

Delivery Notification

When your order is ready, we will contact you by email or text message to coordinate delivery.

Someone must be available to receive the order at the agreed-upon delivery location and time.

Please respond promptly to delivery communications so we can coordinate a successful delivery.

Because our products are freshly baked and perishable, we do not recommend leaving orders unattended for extended periods.

Customers are responsible for making sure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed-upon delivery time.

If no one is available when we arrive, additional delivery arrangements and fees may be required.

Correct Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please include any necessary apartment numbers, unit numbers, gate instructions, or other information needed to complete the delivery.

Carmen’s Delights is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Delivery Times

Delivery dates and times will be coordinated based on order completion and availability.

A requested delivery time is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed by Carmen’s Delights.

Please do not assume your order will arrive at a particular time unless you have received confirmation.

Freshness

Your order will be prepared as close to the scheduled delivery time as reasonably possible to provide you with fresh, quality treats.

Once the order has been successfully delivered and received, the customer is responsible for the proper storage and handling of the products.

Carmen’s Delights will not remake or replace products that lose freshness due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

Delivery Delays

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order during the agreed-upon timeframe.

Occasionally, circumstances outside of our control—including traffic, severe weather, road conditions, emergencies, or other unexpected situations—may cause delays.

If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.
